Taking my sister's advice...

Marla recently blogged about a "google game" where you type in your name followed by "looks like"...I tried it.  While I apparently do not look like a bird, I did smile at the links that came up:

Makes me smile - and think of my good friend Kelly who lived in Japan and of course Hiro (a Japanese college student who lived with my parents for a year)...both of whom I miss very much.

STEPS:

1. Lindsay's hair has been dyed many colors, you can dye your hair any of the colors she has depending on what looks best to you. Or you can stick to her classic red hair.
2. Put on some black mascara, smoky eyeshadow, (optional) eyeliner. Make sure your eyebrows are groomed and there are no gaps, but also be sure that they do not look too over plucked! If they are thin, fill them in with an eyebrow pencil. Don't wear heavy foundation. Try a light-weight bronzer close to your skin tone (aim mostly at you cheeks and nose.Also wear some sheer tinted moisturizer for glowing coverage. Dot some concealer over under eye circles and blemishes. Blend it in well to avoid tell-tale concealer spots.
3. Put on a nude lip gloss and ... rub it in. Use lip plumping lip gloss if you want sexy looking lips.
4. Put in some silver hoop earrings, make sure that they look good on with your face shape.
5. In her teen years she had a rocker look, but now she has a classy-glamour look. Try a casual dress or a really dressy shirt with jeans. To accessorize further, add white framed over sized sunnies and a designer bag like Louis Vuitton (or any other designer brands e.g. Miu Miu, Marc Jacobs, Hermes, Gucci, etc.) Don't forget the designer stilettos! (Learn to walk in them first) Remember not to over accessorize.
6. Make sure you have a hiptop mobile phone! Hello ? No-one would ever look like Lindsay unless they topped it off with a hiptop. Also Lindsay has her hitop crystallized.

TIPS:

• Clean your teeth three times a day with whitening toothpaste to get the Lohan smile!
• Keep your hair well groomed, wear a light curl or wave in your hair
• Always smile!
• Create your own freckles
• To get hair like her, print out a picture with the style you want and take it to the salon. Same with make-up.
