So I had recently heard that Bear Grylls was injured while filming in Antarctica. I did a little research and found out he his blog. Click here to view it. Turns out it was a badly injured shoulder. Be sure to scroll down and see the x-ray - it looks so painful!! I also discovered that his real name is Edward Michael Grylls and that he got his nickname from being called Eddie and then Teddie which became "Bear" and stuck. New fact of the day!
