Happy Birthday Padre!

So my dad recently had a birthday!  I called him that day and Andy and I sang to him.  I also wrote this blog, but didn't quite finish it.  Now it is complete :) 

These are some of the many great lessons I've learned from my father:

-laugh often

-work hard, even if you don't enjoy it

-keys to being a good writer

-dream big

-never spend more on your credit card than you can pay when the bill comes

-lend a helping hand, regardless of whether you are rewarded for it 

-there's nothing wrong with sweets from time to time, especially ice cream :)

-live simply so others can simply live

-take adventures often ... its good for the soul

Happy happy birthday, Daddy-O!!  You've impacted me more than you'll ever know!
